Welcome to Hudson Pro Cleaning Services. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

  • "Company" refers to Hudson Pro Cleaning Services.

  • "Customer" refers to any person booking or using our services.

  • "Services" means the cleaning services offered by the Company.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Quotes and Estimates: All quotes are provided based on the information given by the Customer. Changes in service requirements may affect the final price.

  • Payment Terms: Payments are due upon completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise. We accept major credit cards, online payments, and cash.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

3. Service Scope and Limitations

  • Standard Services: Our cleaning services include the tasks outlined at the time of booking (e.g., general cleaning, deep cleaning, or move-in/out services).

  • Additional Services: Any additional tasks must be requested in advance and may result in extra charges.

  • Limitations: We do not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials. We are not responsible for damages to fragile or pre-damaged items unless caused by gross negligence.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access to Property: The Customer must ensure that the cleaning team has access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Pets: If pets are present, they should be secured to ensure the safety of both the pets and our cleaners.

  • Utilities: The Customer must provide access to water and electricity as needed.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to meet the highest standards of service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the cleaning, please notify us within 48 hours. We will re-clean the area in question at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply if the Customer fails to provide access at the agreed time or does not report the issue within the stated period.

6. Liability and Damages

  • Limited Liability: The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • Accidents and Breakage: If an item is damaged during the cleaning, it must be reported within 24 hours. The Company may, at its discretion, repair or reimburse for the item based on its current market value.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use customer data only to provide and improve our services.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to any customer if the conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or if our staff is treated inappropriately.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Hudson Pro Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in accordance with New York law.
